I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and periods of transition. I support people as they explore the ways that change—whether chosen, anticipated, or unexpected—can raise new questions about who we are and who we are becoming.

With more than two decades of experience working closely with people across the lifespan, I have accompanied individuals and families as they navigate change, take on new roles, experience loss, and make sense of shifts in how they understand themselves and their relationships.

My work is grounded in systemic and narrative therapy, exploring how the stories we carry shape the way we understand ourselves, our relationships, and what might be possible. My style is collaborative and shaped by curiosity, helping clients make room for new possibilities while honoring the experiences and relationships that have shaped them.

I received my postgraduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Council for Relationships and hold a master’s degree and rabbinic ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary.
